Even if you don't have a large estate, you need to be aware of how your money is being handled after your death. You need to have a basic understanding so that it doesn't end up in the hands of the government

About Barbara Suzanne ("Sue") Farley

Sue Farley has over thirty years handling litigation surrounding trust cases. Because of the hardships her family endured with the legal system, she has a personal interest in protecting people's assets and educating them about a system that she believes is rife with problems.

She graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law and after five years of trial work for major San Francisco law firms, moved to a smaller firm where she was lead counsel in major litigation. She was given her first trust case handling a prominent San Francisco family's claims of fraud and breach of trust against the bank that was holding the family trust.

She devoted seven years researching the entire life cycle of the trust from its creation, through administration, to its conclusion. She concluded that trusts fail at all levels. The risk of loss is highest for the beneciaries but the industry suffers as well. She knows why trusts don't work, and she's discovered a way to create and administer trusts so they won't run into the myriad and complex problems currently plaguing the trust industry.

Her company, Fiduciaries Technology Incorporated, is dedicated to bringing her solutions to the general public.
